Mr. Weiner graduated from UCLA with a degree in Economics. Mr. Weiner joined Arthur Andersen & Company in 1984 as an audit and tax professional. Mr. Weiner later earned a law degree from Arizona State University (1989) and was later qualified by the California and Nevada Bars for practice in those states. Mr. Weiner has practiced law for over 20 years in Orange County California. Personal
